We offer 24hr emergency care 7 days a week and during holidays for cats, dogs, horses and livestock.
Please call if you need emergency assistance for your animal.

Getting Here
- The hospital is located in the Health Sciences District of campus just south of the UC Davis Health Stadium. Due to the nature of campus addresses, Google maps and GPS directions to the physical address can be confusing. Please follow directions to the reception Parking Lots.
Parking Lot 50 (Small Animal Reception A) / Parking Lot 55 (Small Animal Reception B) / Parking Lot 51 (Small Animal Reception B)
- UC Davis Game Days: To avoid delays from traffic congestion, take I-80 UC Davis Exit 71 and follow “Game Day” directions.
- Assistance: If you get lost once on campus, please call (530) 752-1393 (Small & Exotic Animals) or 530-752-0290 (Large Animals).
Small Animal Reception A
Proceed to the Small Animal Clinic on the west end of the parking lot. Entrance is on the north side of the building.
On Game Days:
Take UC Davis Exit 71 to Lot 50
Small Animal Reception B
Proceed to the Center for Companion Animal Health on the west end of the parking lot. Entrance is on the north side of the building.
On Game Days:
Take UC Davis Exit 71 to Lot 55
Large Animal Reception
Proceed to the Large Animal Clinic on the east end of the parking lot. Use the Emergency call box at the front entrance to alert our staff you are here.
On Game Days:
Take UC Davis Exit 71 to Parking Lot 51
