Join us during lunch to know more about Dr. Shen Li, her career path, and her perspective of veterinary medicine! Dr. Shen Li is a passionate veterinarian with over 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Since earning her DVM from Iowa State University, she has worked in family medicine and emergency medicine at several specialty hospitals, including UC Davis Veterinary Teaching Hospital, VCA Referral Center, and Vista Veterinary Specialists. She has seen the best and worst of this profession— the lifesaving moments, the heartbreak, the burnout, and the financial realities vet schools rarely talk about.

In this seminar, Dr. Li will share:
- Why she left the traditional clinic model in the first place
- How she built a career that aligns with both my professional and financial goals
- What she wish I had known as a vet student before stepping into the real world
- What she would do differently if I build my own clinic—and how you can rethink your future, too

If you’re wondering what life after vet school might look like—or if you just want a real, unfiltered discussion on breaking the mold and defining your own career path—I think you’ll enjoy this talk. See you there!
