[Lab animal medicine x Research club] Primate Handling Wet Lab

NOTE: Student club and organization events are limited to current UC Davis Veterinary Medicine students who are registered SAVMA members. Additionally, many club and organization events are further restricted to club members who have paid their respective club dues.

California national primate research center

Vet students will be participating in a unique hands-on learning opportunity to learn about primate medicine under the supervision of laboratory animal veterinarians. The lab session includes a brief presentation on the history of the California National Primate Research Center, and hands-on practices with rhesus macaques.
