[VBMA] The Importance of EBITDA

Dr. Jim DeLano is a veterinarian and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in veterinary practice leadership and management. He currently owns and serves as active manager at seven thriving companies, and his practice ownership career was launched with a de novo in 1989. He has a ton of knowledge and experience in the veterinary field both as a clinician and a business owner, so be sure to join us for his talk! 

He will be talking about understanding EBITDA(Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization), and we will also look at income statements together and have a discussion using a specific practice example.
